This elegant dessert is shockingly simple to make. The coconut base is lightly sweetened with vanilla, and once unmoulded has the most beautiful wobble. Mango coulis adds tropical freshness.

Whisk coconut cream, milk, agar agar in a pan; bring to boil.

Stir in maple syrup and vanilla; simmer 2 mins.

Pour into lightly oiled moulds; refrigerate 4+ hours.

Blend mango with lime juice for coulis; push through sieve.

Unmould panna cottas; spoon over coulis and passion fruit.

💡 Tip: This recipe keeps well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best results, store any sauces or dressings separately and combine just before serving.
