  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 120g edamame, shelled
  • 100g red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
